Let's Get Physical is a pre-season workout that includes four one hour sessions for $50.

Chimney Rock Park Location: 784 Chimney Rock Road, Martinsville

• Mondays: 6:30pm
• May 11, 18, June 1, 8 

Bradley Gardens School Location: 148 Pine St., Bridgewater

• Wednesdays: 6:30pm
• May 13, 20, 27, June 3
